The emphasis is on seasonal, local produce where possible and is totally dependent on quality. Jake sources fish from the Solent, vegetables and fruit from nearby Hampshire family businesses and meat from Cumbria. Poultry, duck and guinea fowl are sourced from France.

All our food, from the breads and canapés to terrines, chocolates and ice creams, are made in-house.
